Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today dedicate to the nation Indian Oil Corporation's new state of the art refinery at Paradip in Odisha and address a public meeting there. Mr. Modi will also inaugurate the new Campus of National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar this morning. <br/><br/>After inaugurating the NISER campus, Mr. Modi will fly to Puri to pay obeisance to Lord Jagannath.
