Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Assam on 1st of August. Sources in the Chief Minister's Office said that the Prime Minister is expected to hold meeting with the state government machinery on recent wave of flood. He is also likely to review post- flood rehabilitation measures . <br/><br/>Over 70 persons died and nearly 30 lakh people affected in flood this year in Assam.
