Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a public rally in Bengaluru today. The rally in the Palace grounds will mark the culmination of BJP's 85-day long Navakarnataka Nirmana Parivarthana Yatra conducted across the state under the leadership of State party President BS Yeddyurappa. <br/><br/>The Prime Minister is scheduled to address the gathering at around 4 pm. Our correspondent reports that elaborate security arrangements have been made for the rally as pro-Kannada organisations have decided to observe the day as black day seeking the intervention of the Prime Minister in resolving the Mahadayi river water dispute with Goa.
