Addressing a function in Kolkata this morning, he said that good sense will prevail to the policy makers of the State so that Ayushman Bharat and Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi Yojona can be implemented in West Bengal. <br />''<br />''The Prime Minister said that many poor men are being deprived of free treatment and farm related benefits as these have not come into effect in the State. Mr. Modi said that money is being directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries under these two schemes. He said that the cause of non implementation may be as cut money and syndicates are not involved in these two schemes. </span>
