<span style="color: #222222;">Prime minister Narendra Modi has accused Congress party for practising vote bank politics and dividing people to gain power. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing a public meeting at Ajmer in Rajasthan today, Mr Modi said, political parties which do only vote bank politics, divide the bureaucracy when they are in power. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Modi  said, democracy needs a strong opposition but the current opposition not only failed when it was in power for 60 years, but has also failed in discharging its role as opposition. Mr. Modi charged the opposition of insulting soldiers by questioning the surgical strikes. </span><br />''
