Before leaving Delhi to attend the G20 Summit in Toronto, Canada Dr. Manmohan Singh said that there are three fold challenges before the summit. These include ensuring that global economy is durable balanced and sustainable and to focus on medium and long term structure issues relating to governance.<br/> <br/>The third challenge Dr. Manmohan Singh said is to calibrate exit strategies in the light of growing concerns over expansionary fiscal policies. Dr. Singh said that the coordinative policy action taken by the G20 since the first summit in Washington and in November 2008 has not only helped to prevent the crisis of the kind that hit the world in 1930s but also contributed to global economy recovery. He said this is a sign of the success of G20.<br/> <br/>However, the Prime Minister cautioned that the recovery is still fragile unable and new worrying signs have emerged in Euro zone. AIR correspondent says, Recovery and new beginning is the theme of the Toronto summit which is expected to deliberate on the frame work for a strong sustainable and balanced growth.<br/> <br/>During his visit the Prime minister will also hold bilateral talks with Canadian counterpart, Stephen Harper. Dr. Singh will also have separate meetings with US President, Barack Obama, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, British Prime minister David Cameron, and also the Japanese Prime minister Naoto Kan. The Prime minister will also hold meetings with the leaders of the BRIC nations. <br/>
