Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has said all Ministers in the Union cabinet enjoy his confidence. Speaking to reporters in New York, he said there is nothing unusual in the Opposition seeking resignation of Home Minister P.Chidambaram and there is nothing new in their demand.

The opposition has been demanding Chidambaram's resignation following a note from the Finance Ministry to the PMO on the 2G Spectrum allocation.

He said, he wil meet the Finance Minister Mr Pranab Mukerjee in New York today who will brief him on economic issues and also on the outcome of the meetings attended by him in Washington
