The Prime Minister has condoled the passing away of former civil servant, Gopi Arora.Describing Gopi Arora as an exceptionally brilliant civil servant who served the country with great distinction Dr Manmohan Singh said that Gopi's distinguished public career, will continue to inspire public servants in the time to come.
