He, however, assured that the Centre always will be ready to extend help beyond. <br />''<br />''Replying to a question in the Lok Sabha, the Minister said, the Centre is taking all measures to prevent losses due to floods, especially due to heavy rains in upper catchment areas in neighbouring countries like Nepal. He informed that a five-day flood forecasting system has been established with Nepal currently. He added that the Centre is constantly being in touch with the neighbouring countries to prevent loss of life and property during the floods.</span><br />
