Prices of mustard oil will be coming down by February: Secretary, Department of Food & Public Distribution

<span style="color: #222222;">Secretary, Department of Food and  Public Distribution Sudhanshu Pandey said, Production of mustard oil has increased around 10 lakh metric ton. He said the prices of mustard oil will be coming down by February.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Speaking to reporters, Mr Pandey said, due to labour problems in Indonesia, Malaysia there have been rise in international crude prices. He said, price of palm oil rising in international market, but reducing in India. Saying on initiatives by the Centre to ease prices of essential commodities and bring relief to consumers, Mr Pandey highlighted that Intervention of Central government  along with state government cooling down commodity prices is much faster than other countries.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, onion prices are less and there is not a scenario of restricting onion exports. Mr Pandey said centre is  offering states onion at 26 rupees per kilogram.</span><br />''
