In Bihar, all arrangements are in place for a two-day visit of President Mr. Pranab Mukherji who will reach Patna at 12 noon today. The President is scheduled to inaugurate state government's ambitious Krishi Roadmap and attend a number of functions. AIR correspondent reports that elaborate security and other arrangements have been made for the President's visit.
