President Pranab Mukherjee will deliver the Convocation Address at 29th annual convocation of Goa University today. The convocation will be held at 4.30 pm at Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee indoor stadium, Bambolim in Goa. <br/><br/>The University is going to confer an honorary doctorate degree to the President. Governor Mridula Sinha will preside over the function. Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar will be the special guest for the Convocation.
