Uttarakhand High Court again adjourned the hearing on petition of imposition of President Rule and an ordinance on expenditure in the state passed by the Center till tomorrow. The hearing was heard by the double bench of Chief justice KM Joseph and Justice VK Bisht. Solicitor General Mukul Rohtigi represented the Union Government. After hearing from both sides the court adjourned till tomorrow.
