Prez rule in U'khand: HC adjourns hearing on Cong's pleas till April 18

The Uttarakhand High Court yesterday adjourned till the 18th of this month the hearing on Congress' petition against the imposition of President's rule in the state and an ordinance on expenditure passed by the Centre. Yesterday, again the court heard the petition on imposition of president rule and an ordinance on expenditure throughout the day and ordered both the parties to present their submission in this regard by 12 of this month. <br/><br/><br/>The court stated that the next hearing will be heard on 18th of this month. The hearing will continue today again on a petition regarding the termination of assembly membership of 9 rebel congress MLAs. The court also ordered that the stay on Judgment of the single bench will remain in force till 19th of this month.
