President Pranab Mukherjee will inaugurate the 88th Nikhil Bharat Banga Sahitya Sammelan, or an All India Bangla Literature Festival at Khelgaon, Hotwar near Ranchi today.<br/><br/>AIR corespondent reports that during the three event, the focus will be on roles and contours of Bangla literature. <br/><br/>Bangla writers, intellectuals and literary enthusiasts have arrived from different parts of country- like Bengal, Assam, Nagaland, Tripura, Meghalaya , Delhi, Mumbai to participate in the Nikhil Bharat Banga Sahitya Sammelan. <br/><br/>Various issues like impact of Bagla theater, harmony of Bangla with other languages, place music in Bangla literature and relation between Vivekananda and Bangla literature, are to be taken up in the festival. <br/><br/>Apart from conferring recognizance to few Bangla talents, the Sammelan will see packed cultural programme everyday evening from six to ten in the night.<br/><br/>President Pranab Mukherjee is on a two-day tour to Jharkhand. He inaugurated an art gallery at Ranchi yesterday and laid online foundation of the Jharkhand Technical University. Mr Mukherjee had also participated at the seventh convocation of the Vinoba Bhave University of Hazaribagh.
