President Pranab Mukherjee today paid floral tributes to Rabindranath Tagore on the occasion of his 155th birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan. In his message, Mr Mukherjee said, Tagore was a great admirer of nature and many of his literary works invoke the simple beauties of the natural world. <br/><br/>He said, Tagore believed that religion could be found in the wonders and mysteries of nature as much as in the temples and sacred books. President said, Tagore's life and work continue to be a source of immense inspiration to the people of the nation and the world.<br/><br/>Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan, Home Minister Rajnath Singh and BJP senior leader L K Advani among others paid tributes to Rabindranath Tagore at his portrait in the Central Hall of Parliament House.
