President Obama said, the Treasury Secretary has sought and accepted the resignation of the acting Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, Steven Miller. It follows a Government report that the tax collecting agency had targeted conservative groups for additional scrutiny. Mr Obama condemned the action of the Treasury Department's watchdog. He said, its misconduct is inexcusable.
