President Pranab Mukherjee has expressed serious concern over the high inflationary pressure, high fiscal deficit, and low growth rate. Addressing a gathering organised by different chambers of commerce in Kolkata this evening, Mukherjee said that the Indian economy is passing through a difficult time and it has to be resolved by collective efforts. The President said that problems are there, but the nation has to face it collectively to arrive at our destination when India will be a land of inclusive growth and fruits of economic development will reach to every people. Earlier, the President visited the Netaji Rsearch Bureau in Kolkata this afternoon.
