President Ram Nath Kovind today said, he is anguished to hear of a boat carrying school children capsized in Dahanu area of Maharashtra. In a tweet, Mr Kovind said, State government has rescued most of the passengers and is making efforts to trace those who are still missing. The President conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families.<br/><br/>
