In his first speech since being elected Afghan President, Mr Hamid Karzai vowed to eliminate corruption and set- up a Government that represents all sectors of society in his second term as President. He said on Tuesday that his Government will welcome all those who want to work with him regardless of whether they opposed him in the election or supported him.<br/><br/>President Karzai reached out his opponents including the Taliban militants. He called the Taliban brothers and urged them to come home and embrace their land.<br/>
