President Mr Pranab Mukherjee today appointed Chief Justices to Delhi, Kerala and Punjab and Haryana High Courts. Justice Darmar Murugesan, a Madras High Court judge,will be the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court while as Justice Manjula Chellar who is a Kerala High Court judge will be the Chief Justice of the same Court. Justice Arjan Kumar Sikri, a Delhi High Court judge, will be the Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court. The appointments will be effective from the date the three Chief Justices assume charge of their offices.
