President Pranab Mukherjee, Vice President Hamid Ansari and Prime Minister Narendra Modi released three books titled 'From Raj to Swaraj', 'Life At Rashtrapati Bhavan' and 'Indradhanush- Volume-2'.<br/><br/>These books were released this evening at Rashtrapati Bhavan on the occasion of 81st birthday of Mr Mukherjee. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Mukherjee mentioned about smart locality in the President's Estate.
