President, Vice President and Prime Minister have condoled the passing away of Pandit Bhimsen Joshi. In her condolence message, President Pratibha Devisingh Patil said in his death, the country has lost one of the greatest classical singers. Vice President Mohammed Hamid Ansari has also expressed his deep grief over the death of legendary vocalist. Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh said passing away of Bharat Ratna Pandit Bhimsen Joshi was a national loss. In a condolence message, the Prime Minister said, Millions and millions of music lovers all over the world enjoyed and will continue to enjoy his music genius.
