President Pranab Mukherjee and Vice President Hamid Ansari has greeted people on the occasion of Vaisakhi, Vishu, Rongali Bihu, Vaiskhadi, Puthandu Pirappu and Naba Barsha. Vaisakhi is being celebrated today and Vishu, Rongali Bihu, Vaiskhadi, Puthandu Pirappu and Naba Barsha will be celebrated tomorrow. <br/><br/>In his message, Mr Mukherjee said, these festivals heralding the New Year are celebrated differently in different parts of the country with zeal and enthusiasm.
