President Ram Nath Kovind will today visit the Indian National Army (INA) War Memorial and Museum at Moirang in Manipur where he will pay tributes to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. <br/><br/>Moirang was the headquarters of Azad Hind Fauz during World War II. The INA Museum at Moirang displays some wartime relics and photographs. <br/><br/>Mr Kovind is on the last leg of his four-day visit to three North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Manipur.
