The President Mrs Pratibha Devisingh Patil will give away the 57th national film awards today in New Delhi. Best Actor award will be given to Amitabh Bachchan for Paa, while Ananya Chatterjee will receive the best actress award for her role in Abohomaan. The award for the best direction will be received by Rituparno Ghosh for his Bengali film Abahoman. Malayalam Movie Kutty Shrank will receive the best movie award for the year while 3 Idiots to receive the best Film award for wholesome entertainment. The Nargis Dutt award for best feature film on National Integration. Will be presented to Abhishek Bachchan starer film Dehli 6.Farooq Shaikh will receive the award for the best actor in Supporting Role for the film Lahore. While the best actress award in supporting role will be given to Arundati Nag for the film Paa.
