The President would attend a citizen felicitation programme tomorrow afternoon on first day of his tour at Lucknow. On September 15, Mr Kovind will visit the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Vatika at Charbagh to offer his floral tributes to the RSS ideologue in the state capital and later will meet some dignitaries at the Rajbhawan.<br/><br/>He will fly to Kanpur to attend a programme of Swachchhata Mission. He will return to Lucknow at evening hours to leave for New Delhi.<br/><br/>Our correspondent reports that all the roads, on which the President's cavalcade would travel, have been spruced up while hoardings would be put on to welcome the country's first citizen, who happens to be from the State for the first time.
