President Pratibha Devisingh Patil will arrive in Nainital this afternoon on a five-day visit to Uttarakhand. During her visit, she will inaugurate a project regarding the greening of the Raj Bhawan to mark world environment day. Security has been tightened in Nainital in view of President's visit.
