President Prathibha Devisingh Patil will arrive in Kottayam in Kerala this afternoon to inaugurate the valedictory of the centenary celebrations of the Kottayam Archdiocese. She will launch several welfare schemes drawn up by the Archdiocese as part of the centenary celebrations. Governor R.S. Gavai, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy are among those who are scheduled to participate in the function to be held at the BCM College, Kottayam.
