The President Mrs. Pratibha Devi Singh Patil will address the nation today on the eve of the 61st Republic Day. All India Radio, Delhi will broadcast the President's message at 7.00 pm. This will be available on all channels of AIR, Delhi including DTH, Vividh Bharati and additional frequencies.<br/><br/>Consequent to the President's broadcast, Hindi news at 1900 Hrs., Hindi sports at 1905 Hrs., Samayaki at 1935 Hrs., Samachar Darshan at 2020 Hrs. and National programme of talks in Hindi at 2130 Hrs. will stand cancelled. In case President's address accedes 2000 hrs., the English news at 8 p.m. and English Sports at 0805 P.M. will also stand cancelled.<br/><br/>In view of President's address the National news bulletin in regional languages have been rescheduled:<br/><br/>Dogri – from 1950 to 2000 Hrs.<br/><br/>Assamese – from 1950 to 2000 Hrs.<br/><br/>Telugu – from 2000 to 2010 Hrs.<br/><br/>Punjabi – from 2000 to 2010 Hrs.<br/><br/>Oriya – from 2000 to 2010 Hrs.<br/><br/>Tamil – from 2010 to 2020 Hrs.<br/><br/>Nepali – from 2010 to 2020 Hrs.<br/><br/>Malayalam – from 2020 to 2030 Hrs.<br/><br/>Bengali – from 2020 to 2030 Hrs.<br/><br/>Kannada – from 2030 to 2040 Hrs.<br/><br/>Marathi – from 2150 to 2200 Hrs.<br/><br/>A Servabhasha Kavi Sammalan will also be broadcast on Wednesday from 10 p.m. onwards on Indraprasta channel and additional frequencies.<br/>
