President Pranab Mukherjee will address the first convocation of Nalanda University at Rajgir in Bihar today. <br/>The President will also lay the foundation stone of the permanent campus of the University at Pilkhi village in Rajgir. <br/><br/>Governor Ram Nath Kovind, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Chancellor George Yeo will grace the occasion. <br/>Altogether 70 scholars from India and abroad are expected to attend the function. Mr Mukherjee arrived in Patna yesterday on a two-day visit to the state.
