President Pranab Mukherjee today stressed the need to evolve a universal healthcare system for the nation and set up more healthcare institutions.Addressing a seminar in New Delhi, Mr.Mukherjee said preventive healthcare was equally important. He said, more heath institutes needed to be created and that training of human resource was equally important in the field.
