<span style="color: #222222;">President Ram Nath Kovind will pay a week-long State visit to Turkmenistan and the Netherlands from Friday. Briefing media in New Delhi, Secretary (West) in Ministry of External Affairs Sanjay Verma said, this will be the first-ever visit of the President to Turkmenistan.<br />'' <br />''He said, the visit also comes just after the inauguration of the new President of Turkmenistan. Mr Verma said, during the visit, Mr Kovind will meet the new President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to discuss various issues of bilateral and regional cooperation.<br />''<br />''Mr Verma said, the visit to Turkmenistan will be followed by a State Visit of the President to the Netherlands. The visit to Turkmenistan will be followed by a state visit of President to the Kingdom of Netherlands from 4th to 7th of next month at the invitation of King Willem Alexander and Queen Maxima.<br />''<br />''This will be the first-ever visit of the President to independent Turkmenistan.<br />''During the visit, the President will meet the new President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. Both the countries will discuss various issues of bilateral and regional cooperation including implementation of the outcomes of the India-Central Asia Summit held in January this year.
