President Shri Ram Nath Kovind will inaugurate the International Gita Mahotsav at Kurukshetra in Haryana today afternoon. The Mahotsav will conclude on 3rd of next month and have various events including Gita Yagya, Gita paath, international seminar on Shri Mad Bhagwad Gita Sant Sammelan etc. Mauritius is participating in Mahotsav as partner country and Uttar Pradesh as partner state. <br/><br/>President Shri Ram Nath Kovind will also participate in 'Gita Yajna' and 'Gita Poojan' ceremonies at Brahma Sarovar in Kurukshetra. He will also inaugurate and address an International seminar on Shri Mad Bhagwad Gita. The state government has invited scholars from other religions to deliberate upon the teachings of the holy book. <br/><br/>On 27th of November a grand sant sammelan will also be organised on the banks of brahma sarovar on the last day of seminar in which many renowned saints and seers from all over the world would participate.
