<span style="color: #222222;">President Ram Nath Kovind today called upon youth to dream big and aim high for themselves, their families and society at large, particularly for those who are less fortunate. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing the 7th convocation of IIT Hyderabad in Telangana, Mr Kovind said, the country's aspirations are no longer limited to the heavy industrial base that was created six decades ago. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The President asserted that the best scientific universities and institutions of learning are not just teaching shops or degree factories, they are the sources of innovation and incubators of technology and technology-driven start-ups. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Kovind said, the second generation IITs should learn from the world class institutions and become source of innovation for the new technologies. From Telangana, Mr Kovind traveled to Tamil Nadu this afternoon where he met DMK Chief M Karunanidhi at the Kauvery Hospital in Chennai. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The President enquired about Mr Karunanidhi health and wished the ailing leader to get well soon. Later, the President reached Kerala where he will inaugurate the Festival of Democracy in Thiruvananthapuram tomorrow to mark the conclusion of the diamond jubilee celebrations of the Kerala Legislative Assembly. </span>
