<span style="color: #222222;">President Ram Nath Kovind has arrived in Yangon on the final leg of his state visit to Myanmar. In addition to signing two agreements with India yesterday, Myanmar has also announced a visa-on-arrival facility for Indian tourists entering the country through the international airports of Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon and Mandalay, to further people-to-people relations.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier in the day in Nay Pyi Taw, President dedicated to the people of Myanmar, the Advanced Centre for Agricultural Research & Education in Yezin Agricultural University, assisted by Government of India under the bilateral Friendship Project. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">President also launched a mobile app on Agriculture technology which will link farmers of Myanmar with experts and provide the information on cropping and livestock. The project is run by Indian Council of Agricultural Research, ICAR. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Talking to the AIR Correspondent, Director, ICAR, Dr. A.K.Singh told that the institute will help the scientists of Myanmar in research and capacity building through Participatory Knowledge Management and capacity building of farmers in Myanmar. ICAR is also running post graduate and doctorate courses in agriculture for the students of Myanmar.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">President Kovind also dedicated a Rice Bio Park, another India-Myanmar friendship project in the same University which was set up under the mentorship of MS Swaminathan Research Foundation. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Rice Bio Park will be the centre for sharing India's experience of using rice biomass to enhance livelihoods of farmers of Myanmar. Agriculture in Myanmar economy occupies a place of prominence as it provides livelihood to the major segment of population and supports overall development.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Today, President will lay wreath at Martyrs' Mausoleum and will also visit the famous Shwedagon Pagoda. Later in the evening, he will meet the Indian origin people at a community reception.</span><br />
