President Pranab Mukherjee is to visit Tamil Nadu today. Mr Mukherjee will attend the convocation of Defence Services Staff College at Wellington. Defence service staff college is a premier tri-services training institution providing command and staff training to the officers of Army, Navy, Air force, Civil services and those of commonwealth and friendly foreign countries. <br/><br/> A total of 458 officers including 34 officers from 25 friendly foreign countries will be graduating from the portal of the college. The president will present medals to the award winners and hand over parchments to the foreign officers. Thereafter the Commandent will present a banner of excellence to the president.

The President will visit Madhya Pradesh tomorrow. He will inaugurate the Fourth Retreat of the Judges of the Supreme Court at the National Judicial Academy in Bhopal.
