President Pranab Mukherjee will be arriving at Hakimpet Airport in Hyderabad this afternoon on a 14-day Southern Sojourn. The Office of the President will function from the Rastrapathi Nilayam near Bollaram on the outskirts of Secunderabad during the sojourn. The state Government has made elaborate arrangements for the President's Sojourn while multi-pronged security arrangements made in and around Rastrapati Nilayam. Mr Mukherjee will be taking part in various programmes in Hyderabad and also out side Telangana state during the stay.<br/><br/>The President will attend the Convocation programme at the Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering in Secunderabad tomorrow. He will also address the Indian Economic Association during its annual conference at Jayashankar Telangana State Agriculture University in Hyderabad on 27th of this month. During his Southern Sojourn, the President will also take part in several programmes in Karnataka during his two-day visit on 22nd and 23rd of this month. He will also visit Tirumala in Andhra Pradesh on 25th of this month. The President will attend Purnahuti of the Ayutha Chandi Yagam being organised by Telangana Chief Minister Chandrasekhara Rao at Erravelli village in Medak district on 27th of this month.
