President Pranab Mukherjee has arrived in a two-days state visit to Bhutan this morning. He was received by the Bhutan King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk at Paro International Airport. The President accorded a warm welcome after he reached to Bhutan and he also received a Guard of Honour by royal Bhutanese Army. Our correspondent covering the visit, reports that the President will address a programme on Indo-Bhutan relation at Thimpu this afternoon. A memorandum of Understanding on establishment of Nalanda University and agreement in the field of Education will be signed in presence of President and top leadership of Bhutan. The Prime Minister of Bhutan Tshering Tobgey will also call on the President today.
