President and Prime Minister have greeted people on the occasion of Lohri. In his message President Pranab Mukherjee urged people to celebrate the harvest festival with gaiety and fervour, promoting love and understanding amongst all. <br/><br/>He expressed hope that the festival will bind the communities and regions of India in fraternal love and inspire people to work for the unity and progress of the country.<br/><br/>Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also greeted people on the occasion of Lohri.
