President, PM express condolences on death of people in road accident in Gwalior

<span style="color: #222222;">President Ram Nath Kovind has expressed his condolences on the death of people, mostly women, in a road accident in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. He prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan expressed condolences to families of those who lost their lives due to the accident. The State Government announced Rs 4 lakh each to the family of the deceased and Rs 50,000 to injured.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In Gwalior, 13 people died in an auto and bus collision. These include 12 women and driver of the auto rickshaw. The accident occurred in purani bhawani area of Gwalior. While 8 women and auto driver died on the spot, the others succumbed to their injuries in a hospital.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved an ex-gratia of two lakh rupees each from Prime Minister's National Relief Fund for the next of kin of those who have lost their lives due to the Gwalior accident. Fifty thousand rupees would be given to those seriously injured.</span><br />
