President Pranab Mukherjee will be on a two-day visit to Uttarakhand from today during which he will address the annual convocation of IFS officers at the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy in Dehradun. <br/><br/>The President is also likely to attend the puja ceremony of the reopening of the Badrinath portals.
