President Pranab Mukherjee will be on a three-day tour to Bihar and Karnataka from tomorrow. On Saturday the President will address the first convocation of Nalanda University and lay the foundation stone of its campus at Rajgir, Nalanda, Bihar. <br/><br/>He will also grace a function to commemorate the serving of two billion meals of the Akshaya Patra Foundation in Bangalore, Karnataka on the same day. On Sunday Mr Mukherjee will address the 24th annual convocation of National Law School of India University, Bangalore. <br/><br/>
