President Pranab Mukherjee has condoled the passing away of veteran Socialist leader and eminent Parliamentarian Rabi Ray.<br/><br/>In his condolence message to his wife, Dr. Saraswati Swain, Mr Mukherjee said, a freedom fighter, veteran Socialist leader and eminent Parliamentarian, Mr Ray served the nation in various capacities including as Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare and Speaker of the Lok Sabha. <br/><br/>The President said, in his death, the nation has lost a leader who was always in touch with the grassroots of society.
