President Droupadi Murmu who is on a two-day visit to Tamil N?du arrived at Madurai this afternoon, February 18. The President was given a warm welcome by the State Governor R.N. Ravi and State Minister Mano Thangaraj at the Madurai airport.<br />''<br />''She visited the famous and ancient Meenakshi Amman Temple where she was rendered the honour of Poorna Kumbh by the Temple authorities. After Madurai, President Murmu is leaving for Coimbatore to attend the Maha Shiv Ratri celebrations at the Isha Yoga Centre. The President will interact with the trainees at the Madras Regimental Centre at Wellington, Nilgiris tomorrow after which she will leave for New Delhi. Security has been tightened in view of the President's visit.<br />
