President Pranab Mukherjee will be on a two day visit to West Bengal from tomorrow. On Wednesday, Mr Mukherjee will inaugurate a new building of Vidyanagar College at South 24 Parganas. On the same day, he will also inaugurate the 200th Birth Anniversary of Pandit Madan Mohan Tarkalankar at Bilwagram in Nadia.
