President Pranab Mukherjee has condoled the passing away of former Chief Justice of India P.N. Bhagwati. In his condolence message, the President described P.N. Bhagwati as a distinguished and eminent jurist. <br/><br/>He said P.N. Bhagwati made immense contribution to the judicial and legal system of the country and he will always be remembered for his path breaking judgments as well as for introducing Public Interest Litigation in India, which transformed the nation's legal landscape. <br/>
