President Ram Nath Kovind and Vice President Venkaiah Naidu have condemned the terrorist attack in New York. In a tweet, Mr Kovind offered condolences to the bereaved families. He said, India stands by United States in this hour of grief. <br/><br/>Vice President Venkaiah Naidu said perpetrators and those who support and shelter them should be punished for such crimes against humanity.
