President Ramnath Kovind will conclude his two days tour of Uttar Pradesh after launching the Swachchhata campaign in Kanpur. He will start his day with offering floral tribute to RSS ideologue Deen Dayal Upadhaya at Lucknow. After meeting with some delegations at Rajbhavan he will fly to Kanpur. He will be back to Lucknow to leave to Delhi.
