President Ram Nath Kovind held a restricted meeting with his Bulgarian counterpart President Rumen Radev today. Earlier the President laid a wreath on the monument of the unknown soldier at Sofia.  He was given a ceremonial welcome on his arrival at the Saint Alexander Nevsky Square.
